THE EASYKART DRIVER PROGRAM

The programme's objectives

The object of the project "Eastkart Driver Programe" is to bring to the height of international karting the best of the pilots coming from the Easykart Trophy, knowing that the training received and the potential of these drivers, will enable them to obtain important results. The first phase of the programme foresees, for those chosen, help from the external Birel professional structure, and the use of technical material supplied directly by the parent company. Based on results obtained each driver will have his career mapped out on a year to year basis. The programme aims to link the most talented drivers with the promoters of Easykart Trophy to acquire entry into international classes, by estimating out of 10 candidates each year the number of capable drivers. At this moment in time Easykart Trophy is a complex from which many construction firms stem; therefore, on a future note, the programme wishes to link Birel with the more valid drivers, to say the least. The fact that the programme's logo on the track-suit was requested to be worn for the entire duration of the karting career, means that to reach the objective by firmly demonstrating in a medium term period, how Easykart Trophy will produce and form the best drivers for international categories and, as a follow up, motor car racing. With the actual length of time being very tight in a driver's career, at 16 they can already accede to car racing and before reaching coming of age can enter the orbit of the F1 Team, the "Easykart Driver Program" project takes the ambitious step to becoming an initiative with ample visibility in agonistic programmes in just a few seasons. In the ambit of two years it will be possible to have the first drivers from the programme inside the Birel racing sector in the quality of official drivers, besides being engaged in world karting championships and principal international events.
