EASYKART POLISH CHAMPIONSHIP
THE 2006 SEASON IS UPON US
Sunday, 30th April saw the start of the 2006 season of the Easykart Polish Championship. The most significant innovation is the introduction in the competitive programme of the 100 Easykart class which, starting from, this year, will run alongside the 60cc. Already many drivers have chosen the Easykart classes to train at a competitive level and it looks like this project is going to develop nicely throughout the year. Birel’s marketing manager, Marco Angeletti, was present at the first race and he paid great attention to the local organisation with a view to planning together with the Federation for an efficient promotion and development strategy for the championship.
The meeting with the heads of the Federation was extremely constructive and it brought about a series of interventions aimed at improving some aspects of the regulations and services available to the drivers. An initiative was also planned, involving the best Easykart drivers of the Italian Championship who will soon be taking part in a race within the Polish championship in what is going to be a formative confrontation which both the Italian and the Polish drivers should find useful. For this reason an inspection was carried out of the Poznam race track which, in all probability, will host the race. Birel also guaranteed the presence at the track of one of its own engineers who, throughout the weekend, helped the Managers with the inspection.
