REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR THE RENOWNED INTERNATIONAL MEETING

The lists of the qualified Italian pilots and the eligibility criterion for the reserves have been published

There is less than a month to the Easykart World Finals, the International meeting where the best Easykart pilots from 20 different countries in the world will race for the laurels in all categories. In these days the organizational machine of the Birel group has begun in earnest the preparations, defining also the last details of the Regulations.

In this regard, the lists of the Italian pilots entitled to participate to the event have been made officials as well as the lists of the reserves and the terms of registration.

Registrations will close on September 30; within this time limit the qualified pilots must send the complete form of the registration fee to the fax no. 039.462333 or by email to  info@easykart.it  - Within the same time limit, the reserves interested in participating to the event must send the registration form, but for them the fee shall be paid within October 4, only after receiving the confirmation of admission.

As regards the programme of the event, as usual the free practice sessions will start from Wednesday, while on Monday and Tuesday the race track will be closed for preparations. For the tenth edition of the World Finals the usual excellent organizational standards are foreseen, from the organization of a paddock club with a large race office to the TV live broadcast by Primocanale Sport. More than 100 staff will be working in the 5-day-meeting and much attention will be paid to the technical checks carried out by a pool of Italian umpires assisted by consultants of the promoter and two foreign technical delegates. Major efforts will be made also on the sporting front: in addition to the usual speed radar and cameras to monitor the starts, CCTV cameras will be used exclusively by the stewards to monitor the circuit along which the track commissioners of the Monza autodrome will be in service.

For the 50 Training participants it should be remembered that their programme will be limited to Saturday and Sunday.

PADDOCK:

The management of paddocks will be held by the 7 Laghi Track and will respect the general rules which are provided for all the international meetings.

All the teams and drivers have to submit to the direction of the circuit (Tel.0383 895524 - Fax: 0383 895 660 Mobile: 339/4442441 – e-mail: info@7laghikart.it ) their needs specifying how many meters they need, the number of  pilots and if, among the means used, there will be workshop campers.

The communication must also contain the mobile phone number of team leader and the date of the arrival day at the circuit.
There will be two days dedicated to the staging: Tuesday 11th and Wednesday 12th October. On  Monday 10th  October the track will be closed for technical work.

Please remember that campers (even if equipped to be used as workshop), will be placed in a specific area while for the structures it is required to use a towel as flooring to avoid the damage to the soil.

Finally, as RNK, the plant will require a deposit of Euro 20.00 per rider, which will be returned at the end of the event only if the pitch and the space used will be left clean and undamaged.

In this regard, please note that the participants have to dispose the used tires  and not left in the bins of the track
