PROMOTION OF THE EVENT |
The Organizer has arranged a promotion programme including
both a wide television coverage and an important distribution
on the main specialized magazines. The television production
will be made by an organization usually employed by the
main National television networks, and will include 5 cameramen,
one on-board camera and an on-track mobile control room.
The production will produce a synthesis of the event to
be broadcasted on the National network SKY Sport 2 (according
to directives that will be published later). In addition,
a format of 3 minutes and one of 15 minutes will be broadcasted
by more than 50 local televisions within the sports broadcasting
schedules. The production will include comments and interviews
of the protagonists. The SKY coverage will be directed by
journalist Biagio Maglienti. As far as the press is concerned,
reporters from Vroom, Autosprint and Auto will be accredited.
The Organizer has also provided for initiatives
aimed at supporting the attendance. In particular, 10 collaborations
with local schools have been arranged in order to distribute
more than 500 invitations, and an advertisement campaign
with more than 300 posters is planned.
The whole event will be followed by the
Birel press office, which will be in charge of all communiqués,
both before and after the event, and of editing Birel’s
