The single championships National Easykart enjoy a promotional programme planned by the national promotor.

The International Final's promotion activity is directed by Birel Spa who also manage promotional activity for the Italian championship, the institutional relations with the single ASN (National Sport Associations) and the international web site for the trophy (easykartinternational.com).

Regarding activity for the support of the Italian trophy efficient marketing initiatives have been planned and executed for the promotion of agonistic activity and in offering a correct service to clients.One of these is an easycard pass which has been given to each driver: the driver's data, including a series of complementary information gathered from a questionnaire compiled on request of the card, is fed into a database through which Birel has the possibility to communicate and interact with all users (about 1000), by way of an sms system and email.

The service is used to inform, promote initiatives and to maintain a constant rapport with the drivers. At the same time, the database emits important indications regarding clients' aims. In terms of promotion, however, the Easykart Trophy is supported by a budget dedicated through activities relating to advertising and communication in general (which also foresees television broadcasting plans), by way of press activities, with an official, dynamic web site (www.easykart.it) and by a constant institutional presence at races.Such a presence foresees a stand with a hospitality area and an information point so as to guarantee an optimal support for the clients.

The web site easykart.it is organised like any functional portal and is dedicated to karting with 360° information on technique, regulations and agonistic programmes.	Easycard is a pass which is given to all the drivers in the Trophy from every single nation. In Italy about 1000 of these are already in circulation.	The Birel Hospitality structure present at the races is a referral point for both drivers and teams.
